Boiler Plant Upgrade – Two (2) 7 Story 179 Family Residential Apartment Buildings – Forest Hills
Replacement of two (2) original firebox boilers and gas/oil burners for each building. The project also included the installation of a new boiler feed unit, domestic hot water mixing valve, controls as well as a new chimney liner in both chimneys.
