Replace one (1) oil fired 3-pass Scotch marine boiler with two (2) gas/oil fired 4-pass Scotch marine boilers. Installation included a new gas service, meter and piping as well as a new stainless steel chimney liner. The installation also included upgrading the boiler controls with remote indoor sensors within apartments for more efficient operation.
