Boiler Plant Upgrade – 6 Story 61 Family Housing Development – Bronx
The building was previously heated by antiquated and inefficient gas-fired hot water boilers. They were upgraded with many high-efficiency boilers with new circulation pumps equipped with sensorless Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) controls. Upgrade also included a new chimney liner, water heater, controls, domestic hot water recirculation pumps, and tempering valve.
